Michigan Shareholder Kenneth P. Williams will speak at the Property & Liability Resource Bureau's (PLRB) 2018 Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo. His presentation is entitled, "Homeowners Liability Coverage: Current Trends." In addition to an analysis of approaches to coverage, he will discuss the expansion of liability coverage on homeowners policies in light of the increasing exposures posed by technological advances and applicable emerging issues affecting personal liability. He will also discuss state and federal laws where interpretation of policy language has been broadened for exposures posed by drones, ride and house sharing, cyber-bullying and vicarious liability for unlicensed individuals. This PLRB Claims Conference will feature sessions that cover related areas such as Adjusting Property, Casualty, Subrogation, Large Property Losses and Claim Management. He has presented previously for PLRB. The Conference will take place in Orlando over four days, April 15-18, 2018, at the Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel.
