Chicago Shareholder Jill Felkins was invited to speak at the HarrisMartin Midwest Asbestos Litigation Webinar Series on December 2, 2020.
The presentation, titled "The Parties' Burdens When Personal Jurisdiction is Challenged," was given with John Steffan from Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd in St. Louis. Jill provided practice tips and common pitfalls to challenging personal jurisdiction from the defense perspective.
