Jeffrey M. Marchese focuses on complex litigation, including construction, premises liability, sports, recreation, and transportation matters, with experience in trials, arbitrations, depositions, motion practice, and appeals across New York and New Jersey. He frequently lectures on construction defect litigation, insurance fraud, New York labor law and premises liability. He is also actively involved in pro bono efforts, particularly with animal rights organizations.
Andrew K. Weatherby is a seasoned litigator with a focus in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, real estate, and business litigation. With extensive experience in multi-party litigation, mediation, and oral arguments in both state and federal courts, Andrew is known for achieving favorable outcomes in challenging cases. Before joining Segal McCambridge, he co-founded a successful Houston-based firm focused on commercial litigation, real estate, and estate planning.
