Kristy Eiter focuses her practice on toxic tort and asbestos litigation, product liability and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kristy practiced at a prominent Pennsylvania-based law firm, where she developed a proven track record of success in defending clients against complex toxic tort and product liability claims. She is skilled in fact investigation, risk assessment, and crafting effective litigation strategies, always prioritizing her clients’ best interests throughout the legal process.

Kristy earned her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Allegheny College.

Kristy lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and her two beloved sons. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys a good run or yoga class.
